Hey, you!
Glad you’re here
My Story
I grew up in the beautiful Wenatchee Valley in Washington, and for as long as I can remember I always loved to explore the surrounding mountainous areas. My whole life I’ve always looked for ways to creatively express myself, and I think that’s why I picked up photography. I saw so many great things, and I wanted a way to share it with others.
After high school, I studied at the Rocky Mountain School of Photography in Missoula, MT. I went through an intensive 9 month program of learning, shooting and growing as a photographer. I graduated in May of 2021 with over 1,500 hours of photography experience under my belt.
When I’m not taking pictures, you’ll probably find me with a coffee in my hand and on my way to go for an adventure. I’ll probably be jamming out to my favorite songs. I think music tells you a lot about a person; I like anything from Pearl Jam to Usher to Cody Johnson. A couple of my favorite adventure buddies are my little pup, Sadie, and my lab, Sitka. Dogs always make great company. But, the best would be my husband. We’ve been together since our sophomore year of high school; I would say he’s the reason I enjoy capturing the love between people because I can relate to them by knowing exactly what it feels like to be with “the one.”
My Approach
I do my best work in the company of those who are willing to open their doors to me. Those who want to tell me about their lives because a good story takes time to tell; that’s why I offer a variety of packages to choose from. I believe the experience is just as important as the images. I try my best to capture people as authentically as possible, and in order to do that, we need to take time to get comfortable with each other.
“We had an amazing time getting pictures taken. We are also beyond satisfied about how our pictures turned out. Macy was kind and had outstanding communication/customer service!
